Hello! I am an agile social media manager proficient with digital tools and technologies, with a track record of creating and implementing successful digital and social media campaigns. Keep up-to-date with constantly evolving technologies in online social networking, digital space and web search tools to work closely with clients and stakeholders to create innovative, effective campaigns.
With over 15 years of business and corporate experiences in retail business and social media, I have developed special interest in online marketing, social media marketing and training. I trained over a hundred of participants consisting of primary and secondary students, entrepreneurs, business owners and executives. Topics that I taught include social media marketing, online marketing, website building using WordPress, computer basic and application for adults and computer for children.
I graduated with Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) in Software Engineering from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya. I was also accredited as a Certified eMarketing Consultant (CeMC®) by Internet Marketing Standard Board, Australia; and Certified Social & Community Manager by Digital Marketer, Texas.

Planned, organised & coordinated the Ephratha Home CSR program, which included identifying suitable homes according to company’s direction, sourcing for donation items according to budget allocated, planning of the event day itinerary (including a suprise birthday cake for Ephratha Home founder Pastor Christina Soosai), photography, press releases & social media posting to Fraser Place Kuala Lumpur’s Facebook page.

Thaipusam 2014 - Chariots and Street Processions
Thaipusam festival lasts for 3 days, beginning with the 15km procession of a chariot containing a statue of Lord Murugan from Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Chinatown out to Batu Caves. I was among thousands of crowd and taken some photos of the chariot procession from Jalan Ampang, through Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Jalan Dang Wangi and Jalan Raja Laut.

Digital Marketing Manager
Responsible to strategize, manage and build digital marketing plans and promotions with special offers to drive incremental business in all areas of the hotel, including rooms, restaurants, weddings and function spaces. Manage the hotel website content and optimize hotel’s presence on the web. I am also responsible to respond to the hotel’s reviews on TripAdvisor, SPG Reviews, Facebook Review and Google Review. Other responsibility includes responding to queries from fans who engages with the hotel’s content and engages with the fans, and produce social media content that reflect high engagement and is not only limited to images but includes Facebook and Instagram Ads for the hotel's social media campaigns.

My tasks during my tenure with the hotel includes conducting media reviews for festive F&B periods, writing press releases and advertising copies, crafting sales and promotional design for the hotels including flyers, video production for promotional activities and distribution of promotional efforts through email marketing campaigns. I am to also ensure the digital display screens content are accurate and not out of date.
